Fabrication

The Downtown Glass 45,000 square foot facility is fully automated to fabricate aluminum curtainwall, storefront, ACM panel and heavy glass doors. Our CNC capabilities allow for custom manufacturing of thresholds and other custom architectural products. Downtown Glass is also an approved manufacturer of Tubelite aluminum doors, both swing and sliders.

Design

During pre-construction, a team of skilled personnel works with the architect and general contractor to develop a custom curtainwall and cladding design that satisfies value and budget needs for constructability and sustainability.

During assembly and installation phases of cladding projects, all components are subjected to rigorous quality monitoring
